Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
TRAINING: February 10, 2026, 10:00AM - 12:00PM PT
Intersection of Transportation with Public Health & Law Enforcement brings together multiple perspectives on road safety. Presented by the National Center for Rural Road Safety (NCRRS), this virtual training explores how transportation, public health, and law enforcement agencies can work together on the Road to Zero by understanding each other's approaches and strategies.
As part of the Road Safety Champion Program (RSCP), a nationally recognized certificate program, this training helps local government staff build practical skills for advancing road safety through cross-sector collaboration and shared expertise.
This 2-hour training is the fifth in a 7-part series of online training that covers many of RSCP's career-focused modules. Each 2-hour session is free to attend and completion goes towards your requirements to become RSCP-certified. These courses may be taken out-of-turn and completed any time in the future when available.
RSCP is open to all staff from transportation, public health, and law enforcement agencies who have an interest in roadway safety but are not safety experts.
