Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
WEBINAR: February 17, 2026, 8:00AM - 9:00AM PT
Ohio LTAP is hosting a free webinar to present findings of a TRB-funded research project "Guidance for Sustainable Integration of Automated Transportation Technologies".
This webinar shares research-based guidance to help local and state agencies plan for the integration of automated transportation technologies in ways that improve safety, mobility, and accessibility. As automated systems increasingly shape everyday activities—from door-to-door goods delivery to personal and shared mobility—communities are finding that infrastructure designed for past and present needs no longer fully support the future.
While new technologies continue to emerge to address transportation challenges, infrastructure development has struggled to keep pace, largely due to limited understanding of how to support new automated systems alongside existing transportation modes and future growth. This webinar addresses that gap by offering practical insights to support informed planning and decision-making.
