Join the California Transportation Commission’s (CTC) ATP staff for one of three virtual technical assistance Branch Workshops designed to help your agency succeed in acquiring CYCLE 8 funding. These informal, interactive sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions, learn ATP basics, and get application tips from CTC staff.
Each workshop runs from 9–11am. If you’re planning on applying in Cycle 8, don’t miss this chance to connect directly with ATP staff. Register through the links provided below:

There will be no decisions regarding changes to the 2027 ATP
Guidelines, scoring rubrics, or applications at these Branch Workshops.
The draft 2027 ATP Guidelines will be presented at the January 2026 CTC meeting. Commission staff anticipates adopting the final 2027 ATP Guidelines at the March 2026 CTC meeting, at which point the call for projects will go out. The 13-member California Transportation Commission (CTC) is responsible for programming and allocating funds for the construction of highway, passenger rail, transit and active transportation improvements throughout California.
CTC advises and assists CalSTA and the state legislature in formulating and evaluating policies and plans for California’s transportation programs.
