RSCP Core Module 7: Safety Analysis Process equips participants with the skills to navigate the safety analysis process. Attendees will learn to apply this process to both traditional site reviews and systemic network screenings.
This 2.5-hour training is the final of seven core modules of the Road Safety Champion Program (RSCP), a nationally recognized “Roadway Safety 101” certification training for professionals in transportation, public health, and first responder agencies. RSCP is open to all staff from transportation, public health, and law enforcement agencies who have an interest in roadway safety but are not safety experts.

With 15 years in public health & human services, Carrie Brown has served communities as Director of Human Services, Tribal Health & Human Services Director, Safety Circuit Rider, and now Director of the NVLTAP.
Carrie's expertise is in training delivery with a focus on cultural sensitivity; her mission is to strengthen communities through transportation countermeasures and safety initiatives.

California LTAP supports local public transportation agencies across the state by providing professional training, technical assistance, knowledge transfer, and worksite best practices and innovations that help them plan, manage, and maintain their roadway infrastructure.
