The 3rd Annual Transportation Workforce Summit brings together educators, industry leaders, researchers, and public-sector professionals dedicated to building and sustaining a strong, innovative transportation workforce.
Under the motto Gears of Growth: Strengthening the Transportation Workforce Engine, the summit the partnerships and innovations that power workforce development from classroom to career — and keep the engine running through upskilling, reskilling, and adaptation to change.
Colorado LTAP and Front Range Community College’s Highway Maintenance Management program request abstracts for presentation from professionals, educators, and practitioners across all transportation sectors who are helping advance workforce readiness, innovation, and equity. Presentations should align with one of the following focus areas.

Track 2: Upskilling & Reskilling for Emerging Roles

Colorado LTAP provides training, technical assistance, and resources to local governments and transportation agencies across Colorado.
Through webinars, workshops, and hands-on training, it supports local officials and professionals in developing the skills needed to manage transportation projects effectively.
Front Range Community College is Colorado's largest community college, offering flexible, affordable, and accredited academic programs, including bachelor's degrees, certificates, and transfer paths to four-year universities.
With over 27,000 students, FRCC provides supportive learning environments, online options, and specialized training for jobs.

California LTAP supports local public transportation agencies across the state by providing professional training, technical assistance, knowledge transfer, and worksite best practices and innovations that help them plan, manage, and maintain their roadway infrastructure.
