Local and tribal road agency training and technical assistance in California are provided by a team of organizations — Caltrans, FHWA, CALTAP, TechTransfer, and SNCC — who are focused on delivering funding program awareness, professional training, and tech support.
In that spirit, CALTAP's mission is also to expand our reach and engagement with local agencies acrosss the state, to be receptive and responsive to the needs of a broader and more diverse range of agency clients, and to expand access to and engagement with local assistance program resources and best practices.
