The recording of the Transportation Research Board's (TRB) recent webinar Supporting State DOT Adoption of Knowledge Management Practices is now available.

State DOTs are facing accelerating workforce turnover, growing complexity, and persistent resource constraints, making knowledge management essential to preserving institutional knowledge and strengthening organizational performance.
