$120M in Transportation Technology Grants

FHWA has issued a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for $120M worth of grants via its Advanced Transportation Technology & Innovation (ATTAIN) competitive grant program.

ATTAIN provides funding to deploy, install, and operate advanced transportation technologies to improve safety, mobility, efficiency, system performance, intermodal connectivity, and infrastructure return on investment.

Eligible Applicants Include:

  • State or local governments
  • Transit agencies
  • Metropolitan planning organizations
  • Other political subdivisions of a State or local government
  • Multijurisdictional groups
  • Consortiums of research institutions or academic institutions
