Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
This recorded session is from our July 31st, 2025, webinar on Lake & Streambed Alteration (LSA) Agreement Notifications, presented by the Caltrans Office of Environmental Compliance & Outreach (ECO) and the California Department of Fish & Wildlife (CDFW).
CDFW's LSA Program is responsible for issuing LSA Agreements when activities in and around rivers, lakes, and streams may substantially adversely affect fish and wildlife resources. Project Proponents must submit a notification through the online EPIMS portal when a project may substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change or use any material from the bed, channel, or bank of any river, stream, or lake.
This free 90-minute webinar provided an overview of the notification process along with guidance on submitting LSA Agreement Notifications.
